Rover Park Oct long weeknd

Have talked to a few people about this and a few are keen so am opening this up to everyone to go along.Organising a weekend of camping,4bying and maybe a little drinking to at Rover Park from the 3rd to 6th of October.This is also whats on that weekend at the park

4X4 OCTOBERFEST

SAT & SUN 4TH & 5TH OCTOBER 2008

FAMILY FUN WEEKEND

*Fireworks Display
*Country Music
*Jumping Castle
*Water slide/Flying Fox
*4x4 Mud Run, Mud Drag & Hill Climb
*Wine Tasting & Beer On Tap
*BBQ Sizzle

Park entry & Camping $100/car (max 5 per)WHOLE weekend.

For people who havent been it is awsome up there.Top tracks,all rated and good facilties as well as heaps for kids to do.

Didnt even realise this was going down that weekend.A bit dearer to camp but for what they have got on should be an un-real weekend.Mud drags beer on tap and a fire,could it get any better than that!

Mate $100 is worth it from all the good things I've heard about Rover Park. Glad I didn't have another kid tho or we'd be taking 2 cars or hiding one under the seat :D

May take you up on that, we may need the extra space to fit the swags, esky, food ect in the back of the Prado :wink:

Yep I'm in on this its a great weekend up there plenty to see and do! Hmm do I recall a certain jack blowing a diff up there? :lol:

put me down as a maybe at this stage. had an awsome time up there over Aussie day weekend and i do seem to remember having Adam and Amanda coming along in my car for a lot of the tracks after the first morning :lol:

I'm taking the Mrs down to sydney for a few days for her birthday that same week so funds may be a little too tight (full tank of diesel each way up and back on top of camping fees) but will see what i can do.
I owe, I owe, its off to work i go...
