When cooking steak on the plate, always seal the meat on both sides before adding your sauces. Put it on for 30 seconds on a hot plate then flip it over and do the same. Then add your sprinkles/sauces etc. and cook it the way you like it. Flip it over and again add your sauces. When the steak is ready flip it for 30 seconds to cook your sauce. This stops it from oozing all the juices and drying out. Try adding a twist of lemon too. Enjoy!
