tie rod

Postby xj33 » Mon Jun 14, 2010 4:57 pm

cool looking jeep mate just wonder how much you paid for R/E tie rod and what you think of the rancho dampner,i have an xj with the R/E 4.5 inch lift & 33s its unstopable in the bush but scary on the road.

Thanks mate.Tie rod cost me $250 off wooders.Wise investment after i turned mine into a boomerang up westy steps. And the rancho dampner is fine.Had a tough dog adjustable one in there before that and it was better than the rancho imo.Why yours scary on road.Mine handkles better than stock with the same lift and 32's

hey jeepers, which steel rims are you running and what backspacing?

when i was last at bob jane they said they had nothing to suit and they would all hang out of the guards by 4inchs.
